We ship all orders using Box Now smart lockers. This allows you to collect your package at a time that is convenient for you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and instructions on how to collect your parcel from the selected Box Now locker.

Failed Delivery / Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the time limit set by Box Now, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
